      Step-by-step Approach to Scent Marketing

    • Initial Consultation

       

      - Introduction to ScentLine and our services
      - Identify client/brand goals and requirements
      - Develop an understanding of the current system and its limitations
      - Share initial suggestions based on previous projects and experiences

    • Location Survey

      - Size of the target space
      - Floor plans
      - Type and condition of AC system
      - Airflow of each AC outlet
      - Condition and location of AHU (if applicable)
      - Determine priority of target spaces

    • Scent Delivery Method

      - Type: Scenting through AC ducts / Scenting on-site through free-standing or wall-mounted scent diffuser units

      - Size and capacity : small / medium/ large

    • Scent Design

      - Understand customers’ scenting requirements
      - Identify relevant Scent IDs and Olfactive types
      Identify appropriate scent intensity level
      - Select scent from ScentLine’s collection or develop a custom scent for specific brand goals/customer personas
      - Conduct scent marketing trials

    • Installation and Servicing

      - After the price quotation and service contract have been approved, installation can begin
      - Installation must be coordinated with corresponding engineering/building management to ensure alignment with building standard operating procedure
      - Close monitoring of dosage and consumer experiences should be done for 1-2 months post-installation
