Initial Consultation
- Introduction of ScentLine and our services
- Identify clients or brand requirement
- Understanding of current system and limitation
- Share initial suggestion based on previous projects and experiences
Location survey
Obtain key information about the location:
- Size and Height of the target area
- Type of AC system and its condition
- Condition and location of AHU if applicable
- Airflow of each AC outlet
- Understand floor plans and priority of target scenting
Delivery selection
The appropriate choice of delivery system:
- Type: Scenting through Air conditioning ducting / scenting on site with free standing units or wall mounted units
- Size and capacity : small / medium/ large delivery system
Scent Design
- Understand the type of customer's requirement
- Identify the relevant Scent ID and Olfactive type
- Identify the appropriate intensity level
- Perfume may be selected from ScentLine collection or custom developed for specific brand or customer
- Conduct scent trials/testing
Installation / servicing
- Installation will be done once price quotation and service contract have been approved
- This needs to be coordinated with the respective engineering or building management to ensure alignment with building standard operating procedure
- Close monitoring should be done ost installation for 1-2 months: dosage monitoring, consumer experience
